The grandkids had a Easter Egg Hunt. (Jaxson had a little help with the egg he "found") Then everyone that could had a three legged race. Here are pictures from our fun Easter.

Jannicke's first dance!

This was Jannicke's first dance. She went with Mike White. I think she had alot of fun. It was a crazy day. The dance was on the same day that Jaxson was born. Jessica had to do her hair in the hospital room while we visited with Amanda and Jonathan. Crazy day, but she looked Beautiful!

Jaxson Terry Malan arrived on October 3, 2008. He weighed 7 lbs and 12 oz. He was 21 inches long. We are so excited to have this new blessing in our lives. Mandy did great, and Jonathan was awesome in comforting Mandy through the whole experience. As you can see he is already a BYU fan!! That will make Uncle Spencer so proud :o)

Our fourth daughter arrived on August 16th at 10:00 PM. ( Same day as her second to the oldest sister Mandy hehehe)

She is from Norway and is staying with us for the School year. She is awesome. She speaks very good English and fits right in with all the rest of us crazy people :o) We are going to try and figure a way to keep her here with us forever!!!!

We have had alot of fun with her, and she has been a great help to me. Se has tried new things like boating, football, valleyball and foods. She is very sarcastic and can hold her own against Bob!

Here are a couple pictures relaxing at home, and her first time tubing in the water!

We're Back!!!!

Well it has been so long since we looked at our own blog, that we didn't even remember our own login!!! So here is are new blog sight. There has been so many changes in our family over the last couple of years. A lot of neat things have happened and we are excited to share them with you..............................so here we go!

As you can see we are still in love :o)

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary this year!!!
You will see below what our gift was to each other. We are
pretty crazy. It is at the bottom of the page.

We are going to start with Spencer.

He received his mission call November of 2006.
We were so excited when he was called to the
Fort Lauderdale Florida Mission .
He went into the MTC on February 21 2007.

Isn't he cute!! He has now been gone for 18 months and is doing awesome. He is an incredible missionary and loves the work. met some very special people. I am sure he will leave a great impression on anyone who meets him. We love you Bud!!!

Just before Spencer left in February 2007, Jessica snatched herself a great guy, Bradley Beckstead and they were married on February 3, 2007. They have been married for 18 months. Jessica is working at Comp Health, and Brad is working at Jordan Valley Hospital and going to school to be a Nurse Anesthetist. We are so proud of both of them and the joy they bring into our family.

Of course Mandy couldn't be outdone, and she got engaged in April 2007 to Jonathan Malan who is an awesome guy. They were married on June 29, 2007 and have been married now for 13 months.

Mandy is pregnant and is expecting the first part of October. She is so cute pregnant and Jonathan is so excited for Jon Jr, that he can't wait!! They are so cute together and make us laugh all the time!!

So as you can see we had a busy year in 2007 with 2 weddings and sending off a missionary all within 5 moths. It was kind of weird for Bob and I to go from a house full of 5 people to just the 2 of us within such a short time.

And finally the cutest grandkids ever.... and of course the best looking parents in town.
Alicia and Jason just celebrated their 10 year anniversary.
How awesome is that!!
Keiton and Ali are as cute as ever, and we love them all to death.

Keiton turned 8 this year and chose to be baptized on April 12th.
We love him and are so proud of him.
He has such an incredible spirit and is a special young man.

Ali Grace is our little pistol. She is a mini me of her mother. She is a ball of energy and so much fun to be around. She just turned 6 and started first grade. She is in love with the High School musical boys and loves to watch the video. She makes us smile and we love her so much.

Cutest family ever!! Alicia and Jason live in Riverton/Herriman,
and have done an awesome job raising their kids. We enjoy having them over, and getting to watch the kids when they are off track :o) We love you Leish and Jason.

CRAZY US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well for 2008 we have also had a pretty busy year. We decided to tear out our yard and start all over. ( Now I know why we never bought a house we had to do the yard!) It was all planned out and Bob had been killing the grass for almost a month to make sure it was good and dead. We had planned on starting to work on it on Saturday. Well, Bob got in a head on collision on Monday and ended up in the hospital for a couple days with a broken sternum, broken right hand, and a rib.

Have no FEAR our KIDS are here!! Of course we have the greateset kids in town! Alicia and Jason organized the equipment and took over !! Everyone helped. It was soo awesome to see them all working together to help get things done.

BEST KIDS IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!
